check screening. No direct sales to out-of-state buyers without FFL if not permitted by their state of residence.
All purchasers of firearms must present valid government issued photo identification; the government allows no
exceptions. Photo ID must have physical street address; a P.O. boxes is not an acceptable address. Purchasers must
be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition, and 21 years old to purchase hand guns
and hand gun ammunition. Hand guns may only be delivered to FFL holders and residents of the state of Vermont.
All out of state hand gun purchases must be shipped to an FFL within the purchaser’s state of residence. FFL
Transfer request form available at THCAuction.com. WE DO NOT EXPORT FIREARMS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

to $50 processing/shipping fee per gun. State of Vermont sales tax will be charged to all successful bidders who
do not supply a valid Vermont Resale Certificate at time of sale. BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTION
OF ALL MERCHANDISE OR WAIVE RIGHT TO SUCH INSPECTION IF BIDS ARE SUBMITTED SIGHT UNSEEN.
REMOVAL: Day of sale for qualified buyers, or shipped to FFL within 20 days of payment. You must have written
permission from Thomas Hirchak Company to leave purchased items on-site beyond the scheduled load
out date or they will be disposed of at the discretion of sellers/auctioneers.
